All this talk about 'workplace wellness' can be overwhelming.
Where do I start?
We take a very holistic approach to workplace wellness. First we will provide a consultation at no cost, to uncover your presenting issue or goal for your organization. We will then provide a comprehensive cultural assessment that will uncover your organizational needs - from both a manager and employee perspective. We will create a menu of services that places priority on your most pressing needs, and you will have the ability to customize the plan that is right for you. By developing a plan of action for that encompasses both short term and long term needs, you ensure that your wellness activities are closely aligned with the needs and interests of your unique workplace culture. There is no one size fits all!
How do you keep your services affordable for small businesses and non-profits?
Creating Transformational Workplaces (CTW) operates like a co-op. Small businesses can opt in for the services they need, which are priced according to the volume of the 'pool' of other business members. EAP services in particular are not always utilized, but when you need us we are there. Having membership in CTW allows you to pay a small fee each year that provides EAP and up to 10 hours of management consulting at the most basic level. Prices are based on # of employees, and as more businesses enter the co-op your costs go down. It is in your best interest to 'share the love,' so when you refer colleagues you benefit through lower costs over time.
What types of services do you provide?
The services we provide will be based on your organizational needs and priorities. Services are available a la carte, or discounted and packaged in a yearly CTW membership fee.
Every CTW membership includes EAP services (3-6 sessions per employee per year, Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD) as needed, monthly lunch and learn events, and a number of management consulting hours per year.)

Do I really need these services? What is the Return on Investment?
Documented research clearly shows that EAP and Organizational Wellness services save businesses money: in reduced turnover, reduced absenteeism, reduced 'presenteeism,' fewer accidents on the job, and lower risks overall. CTW's partner OWLS has researched and published much data on organizational wellness and the impact on the bottom line, and has developed an ROI tool for use with businesses of any size. Recent research out of Canada demonstrates that for every dollar spent on EAP there is a $7 return on investment!
